Founder of Four Legged Running will compile your training/race/health data and send you a free report every month. Reports will be sent by the 7th day of the following month to ensure your entire previous months data has been entered. Submit your data daily and by the last day of each month to so that all of your data is included in each monthly report.
*Four Legged Running's Monthly Stats Template is not intended as an exercise prescription tailored to any specific individual. Please consult with your physician before beginning any new exercise routine. Especially if you have any underlying conditions such as (but not limited to) heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, asthma, etc. If running with your pet, please consult with your pets vet before choosing a distance best suited for your dog's breed, age, and fitness level.
You are welcome to
make a donation to the rescue of the month each month in return for data tracking, though this is not requirement in order to receive your monthly tracking. FLR will track your donation(s) every month as well when you enter your donation amount in the form. The teal donate button will take you to the non-profit organization's donation page so that the rescue of the month receives your donation directly. The only way for FLR to know your contribution is to complete the green donation field in the form below once you make your donation.
